FoyoChinaTrip provides inbound travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Customized travel planning and consultation
- Arrangement of accommodation, transportation, guides, and activities
- Day tours, local guide services, and transportation support
- Pre-departure guidance and on-the-ground assistance
All itineraries displayed on our website are examples only and do not constitute binding offers.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A travel booking is considered confirmed only after:
- The itinerary has been agreed upon by both parties
- A deposit payment has been successfully received
FoyoChinaTrip reserves the right to adjust arrangements based on availability, safety considerations, or operational requirements, with prior communication.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the confirmed itinerary and inclusions listed in your proposal.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure or after arrival in China, as agreed
- International flights are generally not included unless explicitly stated
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit cards, and other agreed online payment channels.
4. Flight Booking Services
FoyoChinaTrip may provide flight booking assistance upon request.
However, international flight tickets are usually booked directly by travelers for flexibility and transparency.
If flight booking is handled by FoyoChinaTrip, a service fee applies.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to itineraries may result in additional costs depending on service providers’ policies.
Cancellation terms vary based on hotels, transportation, and other booked services.
Detailed cancellation policies will be provided prior to payment.
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to government policy changes, war, or natural disasters, FoyoChinaTrip will assist with refunds within its authority.
Costs not collected by FoyoChinaTrip (such as flights) are subject to the policies of the respective providers.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
- Ensuring passport validity and visa eligibility
- Providing accurate personal and travel information
- Following local laws, customs, and safety instructions
- Carrying appropriate insurance and personal medications
FoyoChinaTrip is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information or non-compliance with local regulations.
7. Health and Safety
While China is generally a safe destination, travel involves inherent risks.
FoyoChinaTrip takes reasonable safety precautions, including licensed guides, vetted drivers, and emergency support.
However, travelers participate in activities at their own discretion and responsibility.
Travelers with health conditions should consult medical professionals before travel.
8. Liability Limitation
FoyoChinaTrip acts as a service coordinator and is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, transportation, or force majeure
- Losses resulting from traveler negligence or personal decisions
Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of services paid directly to FoyoChinaTrip.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, itineraries, and branding, is the property of FoyoChinaTrip and may not be used without permission.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to data processing necessary for travel arrangements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation first.
