- The trip start date is defined as 00:00 (midnight) on the first day of the confirmed itinerary, regardless of the actual service start time.
- The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total trip cost paid to us.
- Costs not collected by us, such as international flights booked independently, are subject to the refund policies of the respective airlines or service providers.
- Any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days, depending on the payment provider.
